Dear members and friends,
It is my great pleasure to announce the establishment of the Croatian-Israeli Business Club (CIBC). The CIBC, being an independent, non-profit organization relies on the financial support of the membership fees, institutions and administrations recognizing the values of the CIBC.
We are dedicated to enhance and promote business relations between Croatian and Israeli companies and individuals.

Israel is situated in Middle East. At 22145 sq km, Israel is the world’s 151st largest country. Israel shares its border with Egypt, Gaza Strip, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and West Bank . Israel is located at the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea, bounded by Lebanon to the north, Syria to the northeast, Jordan to the east, and Egypt to the southwest.
Despite its small size, Israel is home to a variety of geographic features, from the Negev desert in the south to the mountain ranges of the Galilee, Carmel and toward the Golan in the north. The Israeli Coastal Plain on the shores of the Mediterranean is home to seventy percent of the nation's population.
East of the central highlands lies the Jordan Rift Valley, which forms a small part of the 6,500-kilometer (4,039 mi) Great Rift Valley. Israel is considered one of the most advanced countries in Southwest Asia in economic and industrial development. In 2010, Israel was invited to join the OECD.
The country is ranked 3rd in the region on the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business Index as well as in the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report.
