Israeli investors and members of CIBC had a meeting with the Mayor of Split Mr. Željko Kerum. The meeting was organized to discuss potential investments in the City of Split, mainly relating to health and sport tourism, cooperation with the University, public garages and marinas for magayacths and other.
CIBC Delegation was formed of prof. Dragan Primorac, CIBC President, Ran Fuchs, Honorary consul of Republic of Croatia in the State of Israel, Eitan Saadom, CEO of Alfa Ase from Israel, Efi Herskovitz, CEO of Forest Healthcare from UK, and Jako Anadabak, CEO of the Sunce concern.
Mr. Kerum expressed his gratitude to CIBC delegation for their visit and said that the local authorities will do everything in their power to stimulate serious investors to invest in the City of Split and the Split-Dalmatia County.
The delegation of the Croatian-Israeli Business Club (CIBC) met with County Prefect Marina Lovrić-Merzel in the capital of the Sisak-Moslavina County. The meeting was organized to discuss potential investments in capital projects in two county hospitals.
CIBC President prof. Dragan Primorac said that major efforts are made to connect the Croatian and Israeli economy with focus on medicine and technology. „Our main interest is to make Croatia a knowledge society, especially in the field of medicine where I can personally give a contribution, and to make a know-how transfer in the medical sector.“, concluded prof. Primorac.
Prof. Primorac said that CIBC interest is to involve the State of Israel in the Croatian economy by exploring different opportunities to invest capital and knowledge in projects of mutual interest. He concluded that the medical projects which were presented are very well designed and that other elements were promising as well.
This was the first meeting of CIBC representatives in one of the Croatian counties.
