The Times of Israel about the great cooperation between the two countries and the Croatian presidency of the IHRA

The Times of Israel published an article about the great cooperation between the two countries and the Croatian presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).

American author Ari Mittleman, in his just-published article in the Times of Israel, the most influential electronic Israeli media, which is read by more than 35 million readers a month, particularly highlights the speech of Prime Minister Andrej Plenković after Croatia assumed the presidency of the IHRA.

Prime Minister Plenković particularly emphasized that Croatia’s one-year presidency, during which Croatia will host numerous conferences and important meetings, will be dedicated to a devoted and continuous fight against anti-Semitism and against Holocaust denial.

Mittelman especially emphasizes the deep and multi-sided ties between Israel and Croatia, to which for the past 30 years Professor Dragan Primorac contributed significantly. Mittleman points out that the cooperation between the two countries was especially deepened during Primorc’s ministerial mandate (2003-2009), when Professor Primorc’s friendship with the late Shimon Peres was developed.

The Croatian-Israeli business club, which was founded in 2010, through the efforts of professor Primorc and with the support of Peres, is a continuation of the good relations and cooperation between the State of Israel and the Republic of Croatia.
