Energy

Energy is the capacity to do work or produce change. It exists in various forms, including kinetic (motion), potential (stored), thermal (heat), chemical, electrical, nuclear, and more. Energy can be transformed from one form to another but cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the law of conservation of energy. In physics, it is measured in joules (J) or calories. In practical applications, energy is fundamental to powering machinery, supporting biological processes, and generating electricity, among other functions.
